The California Association Management would like to introduce you to a management program we provide called the SAMM program. This stands for Small Association Modified Management. This is a great program for small and large associations that only need the financial aspects of the HOA professionally monitored.
The SAMM program has served small and medium-sized homeowners associations for the past twenty (20) years. It is our experience that small and self-managed associations often fail to receive suitable professional association financial supervision, counseling, and administration. Large Associations frequently desire professional financial services. It is not uncommon for financial reports and documents to be prepared without utilizing “Generally Accepted Accounting Principles” with “Accrual Accounting” and procedural requirements, as set forth in California State Codes, which often go unattended. This service is designed for all associations, small, medium, and large-sized Homeowners Associations (Condominiums, Townhomes and Single-Family Homes) at a cost you can afford. This program is intended to provide you with all the basic, essential financial services while offering and providing consulting services on specific items on a monthly or an “as needed” basis. These basic services include:

1. Collection of association dues
2. Monthly Statements emailed or mailed
3. Payment of association bills
4. Monthly reconciled financial reports
5. Tax information sent to CPA
6. Annual Budget preparation
7. Reserve Study update and analysis
8. Insurance
9. Collections of Vendor insurance/license information
10. Financial Review if applicable
