Renovation Projects
Does your HOA buildings need a renovation? We can help accomplish that. We help screen and find contractors that are licensed, insured, and experienced. We also maintain the budget, paperwork, and payments for the project. Lastly, we oversee the project with the superintendent of the job. There is constant communication that we as managers will relay between the Board and Contractor. We walk the property every week for updates on the project.

Buildium is an easy program we use so the homeowners and Board of Directors can maneuver with ease. You can pay dues as well as see financials, architectural review submissions, violation letters, etc. This program helps property managers get their work done from anywhere, maintaining business continuity and keeping connected to their teams and clients.
